5 stars for the content Kleege is an engaging writer, and her content is very smooth to read, drawing you along through a variety of engaging perspectives on blindness and art I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in art, vision, and disability representation and access both in a theoretical and practical application sense 1 star for the publisher FOR SHAME, OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS This book is riddled with nonstop typographical errors, incorrect substitution of homonyms, alternate phonetic spellings of the same artist s name, tons of missing punctuation especially apostrophes , inconsistent application of typographical elements such as text size for block quotations.it s appalling I know deep cuts have happened to most publishers production departments, but this is the worst I ve seen it.
